I have worked in behavioral healthcare in many different roles and on many organizational levels since 2002.

I also bring a lot of knowledge about what it’s like to heal from major neuropsychological injury that we commonly call trauma. I’m systemic in understanding and focused on treating trauma, anxiety, and neurodivergence.

  • I have training in and use lots of methods within the framework of NDIT including

    • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

    • Polyvagal Therapy

  • I was trained in teletherapy practice in graduate school and have done much of my clinical practice remotely.

  • I was trained as a professional psychometrician at UTSW School of Medicine and administered all testing at Terrell State Hospital in Texas for several years.

  • I have years of presentation and educational event production experience for state and national audiences.
